Can I order online?

Yes. However, a limited menu is available as we revamp and renovate our website and business practices. 

If you are looking to book an order for a custom cake, please contact us to verify what area we are currently available, as we are a mobile/bi-coastal business.

Can I request customizations to my online order?

Currently, we take into consideration certain requests depending on the need. With the
exception of allergens, any requests for substitutions or customizations are subject to review.
During sales events such as flash sales and percentage discount promotions (this includes holiday promotions),  
we do NOT make customizations to ONLINE orders. Once again, with the exception of a
severe allergy, we do not customize during sales events.
We suggest that during those times, customers simply, avoid the products that may be harmful 
to their bodies.


Do you ship any of your products? 

Yes. Currently items available for shipping can be located on our Cookies & Cakes page.

Additionally, we do not provide guaranteed shipping times (arrival). Once products leave our facility, we bear no responsibility for the shipping and handling once received by the postal service.


What states do you ship your products to?


How long does shipping take?

Online orders are shipped within 1 to 2 weeks of purchase date, based on order volume. Additionally, if you are looking to receive your product by a specific date, we recommend selecting express mail at check out.

Can I order cupcakes to be shipped?

No. This is a matter of taking pride in our work and making every effort to provide quality, visually appealing desserts. Shipping cupcakes can tend to be much more messy than  we prefer.

Are all of your products vegan, gluten-free, pork free, or egg-less?

No. and Yes.

Although we are not a vegan certified business, we do not bake with any pork products.

We DO try to accommodate those specific dietary needs when requested.

At this time we are still working on a limited menu due to the impact of COVID-19.


Do you make custom and/or decorative cakes for people with allergies?

We make egg free, nut free, dairy free, & gluten free cakes. We can only accommodate one allergy per cake with the only exception being nut free.

Do you offer any Keto or Paleo desserts?


What about allergens?

Although our products are processed in a facility that processes peanuts, tree nuts, soy, wheat, and dairy products, we take great efforts and precautions when accommodating the needs of those with severe allergies. This includes the use of equipment and utensils strictly designated for the safe handling of said products.


Can any of your products be frozen?


Cookies: Cookies can be left in their individual packaging and placed in the freezer. Place them in a freezer style resealable plastic bag or airtight container, if that is your preference. Freeze up to 1 month. When ready to serve, thaw at room temperature.
Bundt Cakes: Wrap tightly in saran wrap then wrap in aluminum foil, to avoid freezer burn. Freeze up to 3 months. When ready to serve, thaw at room temperature.
Frosted Cakes: Freeze unwrapped, frosted cake for at least 6 hours. Once the frosting/icing has frozen, wrap in plastic wrap. Freeze up to 3 months. When ready to serve, allow cake to thaw to room temperature for 6 hours or overnight.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards and paypal payments.

How far in advance should I order a custom cake?

The earlier the better, we suggest 2-3 weeks.

Refund/Exchange Policy
We take pride in our desserts and cakes. More importantly we value our wonderful customers. If you are unhappy with your order and/or purchase, immediately notify us, directly (within 24 hours ) of your concern  We retain the right to judge our product quality for ourselves & determine the amount that can be refunded. All refunds will be provided as a store credit.
Wedding Cake Cancellation Policy
Wedding deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable (Deposit is deducted from the wedding cake balance only). Any Wedding cake orders cancelled 30 days prior to your wedding date will receive only a 50% refund on any payments made. Any Wedding cake orders cancelled less than 30 days prior to your wedding date will receive NO refunds on any payments made after the deposit.
